We provide guided support that helps each person build practical skills, engage in meaningful activities, and take steps toward their personal goals at their own pace.
Residential
Our Journey provides a supportive environment where dedicated staff greet clients warmly, creating a welcoming space for individualized care and long-term well-being.
Community Outing
We organize community outings on a regular basis, giving clients the chance to explore new places, build social skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences outside the facility.
Who We Are
We have between us over 40 years’ experience in the developmental disabilities field here in Colorado. Our staff are mostly CNAs and bring a wealth of experience in practice. One of the other practices that sets us apart from other agencies is that we have a very low client to staff ratio, generally it is 3-1, we also offer 1:1 service if needed.

We are a Program Approved Service Agency (PASA) in Colorado. We are also in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State. We pay our staff well above the industry standard and have very little staff turnover, and we also offer our staff a wealth of benefits besides their salary.
